Born in 1955, he began his career as an officer in the Italian Army in 1975. After the Military Academy in Modena and the School of Application in Turin, he managed various Armed Force agencies and until 2014 was Chief of the Inspection Unit of the Army's Directorate of Administration. Due to his passion for construction and experience in the field of law, he became a real estate agent after retiring with the rank of general. He joined Roof&Roots early on as Sole Administrator.
Archangel Asquino
CEO
An architect and consultant in the field of Architecture, Engineering and Construction, he has a master's degree in digital BIM, applied in the Retail and Hospitality sectors. In ACE and previous experience, he has managed the planning of numerous luxury projects for hospitality and fashion brands. He currently researches off-market real estate transactions for investors with ambitious projects. He combines the skills of an architect with the vision of a real estate broker to recognize the potential of places and properties.
Lucia Chirichiello
DIRECTOR OF HOSPITALITY
A Florentine with a scientific background, he is a professional with decades of experience registered as a real estate agent. His career, which began in the luxury car business, has enabled him to develop a solid expertise in Luxury Real Estate and an in-depth knowledge of both the Italian and international real estate markets. In Roof&Roots leads a team of professionals with different specializations, offering confidential and personalized service, taking care of every detail of the negotiation.
Iarno Noferini
DIRECTOR OF RESIDENTIAL
A civil engineer with nearly 20 years of international experience, he has worked as Client Rep, Program and Project Manager for hospitality, fashion and technology brands. he is Co-Founder and CEO of ACE and partner of Roof&Roots. An expert in Process and Project Engineering, he offers customized solutions for clients. A graduate in Structural Engineering, he honed management skills through an Executive MBA at SDA Bocconi school.
Antonio Asquino
TECHNICAL DIRECTOR
He began his career as a structural designer in 2006. He then moved to Ireland where he supervised the construction of Aviva Stadium and then to the United States where, in the role of Project Manager, he completed more than 100 projects for luxury fashion brands, including major flagships in North America. From 2013 to 2017, he is Associate Director for Prada USA. Co-Founder and COO of ACE and a partner in Roof&Roots, he is dedicated to project engineering, collaborating with designers and architects and advancing technological research in the field of Integrated BIM modeling and design-build.
