ARCANGELO ASQUINO
CEO
Born in 1955, Arcangelo began his career as an officer in the Italian Army in 1975. After graduating from the Military Academy of Modena and the Scuola di Applicazione in Turin, he managed various military units and served as Chief of the Inspection Unit of the Army Administration Directorate until 2014. Following his retirement as a General, he transitioned to real estate, driven by his passion for the field and his legal background. Arcangelo has been Sole Director of Roof & Roots right from the start.
LUCIA CHIRICHIELLO
Director of Hospitality
Lucia is an architect and consultant specializing in Architecture, Engineering, and Construction, with a master’s degree in Digital BIM for Retail and Hospitality. She has managed luxury projects for top hospitality and fashion brands through her roles at ACE and previous positions. Lucia now focuses on finding off-market real estate opportunities for investors with ambitious projects. She combines her architectural expertise with a real estate perspective to identify the potential in properties and locations.
IARNO NOFERINI
Director of Residential
With a scientific background, from Florence, Iarno is a seasoned real estate professional registered with the real estate agents' board. He began his career in luxury automobiles, where he developed strong expertise in Luxury Real Estate and a deep understanding of both the Italian and international markets. At Roof & Roots, he leads a team of specialists, providing tailored, confidential services and overseeing every detail of property negotiations.
ANTONIO ASQUINO
Technical Advisor
Antonio is a civil engineer with nearly 20 years of international experience. He has worked as a Client Representative, Program Manager, and Project Manager for hospitality, fashion, and technology brands. As a Co-Founder and CEO of ACE and a partner at Roof & Roots, he specializes in Process and Project Engineering, delivering customized solutions for clients. Antonio holds a degree in Structural Engineering and enhanced his management skills with an Executive MBA from SDA Bocconi.
MARCO CICCONE
Technical Advisor
Marco began his career as a structural designer in 2006. He later moved to Ireland to oversee the construction of the Aviva Stadium, and then to the United States, where he managed over 100 projects for luxury fashion brands, including major flagship stores. From 2013 to 2017, he was an Associate Director for Prada USA. As Co-Founder and COO of ACE and a partner at Roof & Roots, Marco focuses on project engineering, working with designers and architects, and advancing technology in Integrated BIM Modelling and construction design.
TECHNICAL TEAM
ACE is an integrated design firm specializing in Design and Architecture. We offer engineering, project management, and construction consulting services. ACE is committed to creating innovative designs with an ethical approach, inspired by Italian haute couture, focusing on quality, creativity, and clients' goals. Our team of over 60 experts from more than 15 countries believes in teamwork and leveraging diverse skills.
